Online Application for New DHL Account:


Please allow 7-10 business days for your DHL account application to be processed. Please note the following important guidelines.

  • If your pack and ship store has never had a DHL account number, please also email a copy of your lease agreement or three months invoicing that includes the current physical address and the name of the business to retailinfo@inxpress.com. (Please note that for the lease, DHL only requires the signature page and the page(s) that have your business name and address.)
  • If you are transferring ownership of a pack and ship store‚Äôs existing DHL account, please also email a copy of your bill of sale to retailinfo@inxpress.com. (Please note that for the bill of sale, DHL only requires the signature page and the page(s) that have your business name and address.)
  • Please watch the email that you provide on your application for any updates regarding your application.
  • To qualify to become a DASC (DHL Authorized Shipping Center) account, your primary business function must be providing packaging and shipping services to the general public.

All information provided on the application below will be used by DHL, including the DHL locator.
